docker-compose 명령어에 --env-file .env 옵션이 추가되어, ELK 및 Filebeat 컨테이너가 다운되었을 때 재시작 시 .env 파일의 환경 변수가 로드되도록 스크립트가 수정되었습니다. 컨테이너 상태 확인 및 재시작 결정 로직은 변경되지 않았습니다.
